Got some new glasses today. And yes they are pink and purple two-toned. Still not 100% sure about them but love them. <3

Frida Kahlo

So, Frida. She survived over 30 surgeries in her life. She produced some 300 paintings. She was in bed for a year recovering from an accident that left her with spinal, collar bone, feet, and hand fractures, along with a shattered pelvis. She was an activist. She was a feminist. She was a successful artist after her time. She was phenomenal.


Today, I researched Frida Kahlo. My current class and I are writing biography's on interesting and/or heroic people. Find you inspiration and aspire to your full potential. Sounds disgustingly cheezy but look at what she accomplished.

Soooo...Today's a new day and it's family day. Going to a family yoga class *insert blush* I know cheezy but it was my mums idea, might not be so bad. Today is a day to just be around your loved ones. Go do something!!!!

HOLGA AND DIANA! They're amazing, what can I say! Just discovered them this morning from my friend Astrid. Trying to decide if i'm gonna get one or not. They shoot double exposure and have the lomo effect. Prices aren't too high and the photos they can take are amazing. Here are some pics.
